Bartender
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to concert guests with a cheerful attitude and in an efficient, professional manner.
Assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as selling tickets to events, distributing will call tickets to guests, and giving the utmost guest service experience both in person and by phone.
The Guest Service member will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsible for scanning tickets at venue entrances, checking tickets and passes in reserved seating areas and at staff entrances, assisting patrons with directions and information, and ensuring a great and positive guest experience.
Our Premium Services Host will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the VIP/Skybox ticket holder having an enjoyable experience at the venue.
