Join the community of Fredericksburg at The Backyard Amphitheater — Texas Hill Country's Premier Events Venue in Fredericksburg, Texas for an evening of the best of Texas Hill Country's Food, Wine, and Retail Vendors with performances from local musicians and capping the night off with a showing of the classic 70's music comedy romance movie Grease. Presented in partnership with Rock & Vine, Fredericksburg's premier lifestyle magazine, and benefiting the local Needs Council with a portion of proceeds donated from both Vendors and The Backyard.

In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing.  EVO Concerts, a subsidiary of EVO Entertainment Group, a Texas limited liability company, (“Company”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Company cannot guarantee that you or your guests will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, your attendance, participation, or both in a Company production (a “Production”) may increase your risk and your team’s risk of contracting COVID-19.

By purchasing this ticket, I, the undersigned, acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending, participating, or both in a Production. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at a Production may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Company’s employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, and Production participants. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with a Production (“Claims”). I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Company, its principals, officers, managers, employees, agents, independent contractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Company Parties”), of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Company, its principals, officers, managers, employees, agents, independent contractors, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after my attendance at or participation in a Production. Further, I shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Company Parties from any Claims, including, without limitation, arising from death or injury to me, other attendees or participants at a Production, or Company’s principals, employees, and independent contractors, caused by my negligence or intentional acts or inactions during the course of a Production.
