As COVID-19 puts live events on pause, we have designed the Ticket-Relief Program to offer greater flexibility to our fans with
tickets to shows that have been cancelled or rescheduled.

CANCELLED SHOWS
Fans with tickets to shows that have been cancelled, will automatically receive a full refund.

RE-SCHEDULED SHOWS
Tickets will automatically be valid for the new show date. Alternatively, guests may choose to receive a full refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. If 60 days has past since a show was postponed and a new date has not been announced, the 30 day window for refunds will begin at that time.
